Total consumer price index in Republika Srpska in August 2024, in comparison with the previous month, was 0.3% higher. 

Compared to August 2023, total Consumer price index was on average 1.1% higher. 

By COICOP divisions in August 2024, compared to July 2024, index of Food and non-alcoholic beverages was 1.0% higher, index of Health and index of Other goods and services were 0.7% higher, index of Restaurants and hotels was 0.4% higher, index of Recreation and culture was 0.3% higher, while index of Clothing and footwear and index of Housing were 0.2% higher. Index of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, index of Communications and index of Education remained unchanged. Index of Transport was 0.9% lower, while index of Furnishings, household equipment and routine maintenance of the house was 0.3% lower.
